Meggan's eating habits

Meggan is adorable, and the biggest scaredy cat you could ever know. She is also weird in lots of other ways… One is eating! She rarely eats at our house - she prefers eating at Mom's with the other dogs. So when we get home each evening, she doesn’t eat again until the next morning when she gets back there. But weekends are rough since she stays home - eventually she gets hungry :) Usually at midnight Sunday night… The other weird thing - she wont eat unless the food is on the floor… So I usually put a few pieces there in the hope she might eat them. Last night she was starving and wolfed them down. And when all the pieces in the floor were gone, she started barking at the dish until I got up and poured more in the floor… This is despite the fact that there is food in the dish… And the bucket with all the food is open and she could just stick her whole head in there and eat all she wants. This went on about 3 times until I just dumped a lot in the floor for her.

I worked late again, but we made it to the Brooks tonight. Jacob got to play on the trampoline, which he loves (despite it being about 20 degrees outside!). I got to play Sorry with David and Abby and Gwen - the Disney edition, which has some weird rules!

For some reason I got a hair up my butt and cooked a bunch of stuff when we got home, putting it in little containers so we could eat the next few days. Of course, none of it Jacob likes, apparently…
